Consumer Complaints
Please be advised that we do not respond to correspondence relating to disputes consumers may have with an AMDEA member. As a trade body, we exist to support our members and cannot and do not assist consumers with complaints against individual member companies as this would be a conflict of interest. We recommend contacting the company directly or seeking guidance from Citizens Advice, a primary source of free, confidential, and independent advice on consumer rights in the UK.
Technical Advice and Guidance
We do not provide technical advice, guidance, or support on home appliance matters to members of the public, researchers, paid consultants, or non-member organisations in the trade.
